Terms & Conditions
Whilst every care, consideration and courtesy is given to supporters, customers, donators & users of this website, we must make readily available to everyone the terms and conditions of SIMPLY HUMAN INC.
Should anything outside of the below require further clarification, the charity committee shall convene to remedy any queries on an as needed basis with an impartial vote taking place to determine the outcome. Said vote outcome will be the final verdict & all decisions taken shall remain within the laws governing Australia both on a state and federal level.
The following are the more obvious conditions of use though not exhaustive in their entirety;
- Donations made online, in person, or by any other means are non-refundable
- Aside from where donations are made anonymously, a receipt will be issued in PDF, via email, to the donor
- Purchase of merchandise from SIMPLY HUMAN INC such as (but not limited to) cups, sippers, badges, wrist bands, stickers, t-shirts are non-refundable items & not available for exchange. The exception to this is t-shirts ONLY where the incorrect size has been ordered.
- Any additional postage associated with return and exchange of t-shirts is at the cost of the exchanging party. Each purchase is supporting the charity and deemed a charitable donation
- Postage of all items is by means of standard mail delivery only with no international or express post services available
- All items shall be shipped within a reasonable timeframe to accommodate delivery within 10 business days or 14 calendar
- Any tickets purchased for SIMPLY HUMAN INC events or events where SIMPLY HUMAN INC are partaking though not organising directly online or by any other means are non-refundable
- External ticket costs from third party suppliers are out of our control and SIMPLY HUMAN INC will not be held liable or accountable for any part of ticketing or credit card surcharges
- In the unlikely event of an item or items being damaged during transit SIMPLY HUMAN INC do not have take any responsibility for said damage with all responsibility being with Australia Post with their claims process being readily available via their website. SIMPLY HUMAN INC will assist as much as practically possible with the process of claiming loss through Australia Post though in no way, or by any means, will SIMPLY HUMAN INC offer legal advice regarding the process
- All personal information SIMPLY HUMAN INC gathers whether for newsletter, mail-out, donation or similar, or for any other means, shall remain strictly confidential and will not be given to any third party. As an Australian charity SIMPLY HUMAN INC is governed by the National Privacy Laws and adheres strictly to them
- In this day and age of social media we kindly request sensitivity be shown when sharing SIMPLY HUMAN INC material as the upholding of our image is essential at all times
- No unauthorised copying or foreign usage of graphics, content or similar shall be permitted with all intellectual property to remain under the ownership of SIMPLY HUMAN INC unless that which is already in the public domain or which the user has express permission to use
